Awkweird Me

I just finished season 3 of Game of Thrones. Thoughts:

I’ve been looking forward to this season and the next very much, as the third book is possibly my favourite of the series so far.
In a lot of ways, I think it ended up being the best season so far, too.
Each episode ended way too soon, and I found myself frustrated each time I couldn’t watch the next episode immediately.
I loved everything with Jaime and Brienne. And with Jon Snow and Ygritte.
The ending to “And Now His Watch is Ended” blew my mind.
It was cool seeing things we never got to see in the books, such as the stuff with Theon.
I was happy with all the new additions to the cast.
Even though I already knew what was going to happen, “The Rains of Castamere” was devastating.
I feel so melancholy now, having to wait until 2014 for more.

I just finished season 2 of Game of Thrones. Thoughts:

Much like the second book wasn’t as good as the first, this season wasn’t as good at the first.
I think they made more changes from the books than on the first season. The only one I wasn’t so sure of was Daenerys’ storyline. I understand why they did it though - she was a very popular character in the first season.
Peter Dinklage was awesome.
I’m still not convinced about Lena Headey.
I love Brienne.
The Battle of Blackwater Bay was amazing and epic and that was probably the best episode of the season.
Overall, it was great. It’s still one of the best shows on television, for sure.
I’m very much anticipating the next seasons, as I thought the third book was excellent.

It feels so good to be back in Westeros.

OMG! I can’t believe they canceled Game of Thrones!

This is so lame!

I think it’s due to the show costing so much to make, and HBO decided it wasn’t worth it. Luckily, they’ve already filmed all of season 2. But no more after that! I am so sad!
