Saw: The Final Chapter (2010)

I feel quite relieved to be done with this franchise now. I don’t think this one was significantly worse than any of the other sequels, but it was still pretty awful. I liked how they brought back characters from the previous films, but they weren’t used well at all. The dialogue was abysmal, as was most of the acting. Nothing new in the traps department. All very formulaic. There were some rather obnoxious designed-for-3D shots too. I just didn’t care about what was happening at any point during the film. I just plain hated the final twist too. It wasn’t organic or believable in the least. Now I can just forget any of these sequels exist, and pretend it all began and ended with Saw (2004).
